This idea was born from my own Velvet Pause, in the summer of 2025.

After over a decade at Amazon, I looked successful on paper — but my soul felt empty. Undervalued. Uninspired. I knew in my bones it was time to leave.

The ambiguity of the pause was daunting. But in the quiet, I began to feel alive again.

I created the Velvet Pause for women in the same headspace — women who need a soft place to stop, exhale, and imagine what a soul-filled future could look like.

This isn't a productivity tool. It is a dreamcatcher.
